Short Fort Hunt

Got out today for about an hour before the rain today. I did find a shot musketball and then a piece of cut lead that was intended for melting into a musketball. My last find was the most intriguing of the day. It appears to be a brass or copper pendant with a hole at the top and bottom. I?m no expert on jewelry so I would appreciate any input you can provide on its age. The fort was in existence from 1836 to 1841. Thanks for looking!!!
