Went out this morning for a couple of hours to hunt the second soccer field next to the one I hunted yesterday. I was feeling a lot better than yesterday, the weather was great, and again no one was at this private neighborhood park. I managed to get about 1/2 the field done when up comes this guy who introduces himself as the head of the Home Owners ASSociation, and explains to me that this is a private neighborhood park and if I don't live here then I'm not allowed to be there. I kind of expected that knowing this neighborhood, so I apologized, loaded up my gear and left. BUT, by then I had found a little clad, a dog tag, a pizza token, some sort of brass handle, AND another silver ring. I was just glad I got to hunt as long as I did. I have thought about these fields for a long time, now I don't have to think about them anymore. Now it's off to greener pastures.
