Or should it be sitting for sale in a thrift store?

I have ZEROOOO knowledge on arcade games but is this one of those RARE thrift store finds?
How often does an original and WORKING Frogger show up in a thrift store?

ONCE IN A LIFETIME or TGTBT??

Most of the people around here are probably wondering if there are any dusty old clad quarters hiding in the wires.

Only 50 cents lol and one qtr was mine

Depending on the price it's a KOOL find or a GREAT find!!!!! Looks like one of the early ones but I'm no expert..... lucky for sure...

I remember playing that one......back when video games were tame and non violent, but the frog did get squished crossing the road.

Whatever you paid for that game, it is worth MUCH more!! :notworthy:

That needs to go on my living room. It's a fun game but will also send my wife through the roof! Lol

Very cool, ,
Are you going to buy it?

Had to go back and re-read. Yes, if you haven't done so already and you have room for it, GET IT!! Frogger was a VERY popular video game, and ALL of the older and popular video games are worth lots!! If I may ask, what kind of price are they asking??

Buy it....you can be like George Costanza, trying to get it home....
Classic.

They had a Dance Dance Revolution with both dance pads for $150. Frogger was $500 and I got 10% off bc they marked it as "works" but it had no sound(speakers were simply disconnected from sound card) but they didn't know that and I said it should be priced "as is". I would like to see frank and mike pick a chain store.

From what I've seen, and I've priced stand-up coin-op arcade games for my basement (galaga, asteroids, gorf, etc.) most classic game units fetch between $500 and $1000. So, looks like you did decent snagging the unit at the bottom end.

The table top units tend to be around the same range.

Frogger is pretty common but even common games have shot up in price in the past few years, so the deal is decent. A good resource is the KLOV forums.

I know this is random but think 659 is a good price. Plus if throw in 2 Haitian tribal statues. Ab 4 ft tall man and woman fertility statues. Hand carved from a single piece of wood. Dating between 1890-1910
