Hi everyone,
I hope you all are having a great weekend, and are able to enjoy the fall beauty, here is what we saw today, I love the colors, so vibrant and the air smells so clean, fresh and it kinda crackles, it's so crisp,
today was gorgeous, the weather was pleasant, not too warm and not too cold. We took it as a good sign when we got to the school this morning and saw a cop sitting in his car, we geared up, and hit the grass, it must have been a good ten minutes before he left. Chug found a penny, and we both found this cool thing
and trash, it's funny, it rang up around 75 to 80 for Chug, and it came up a solid 83/84 on my 400, Chug is using a Garrett AT Pro,it's so cool to compare machines, next park or school!
We hit another school, we had been there before, but it was frustrating for me at the time because I could never detect around the play equipment or bark chips because Buttercup couldn't handle the iron and other stuff. I'm proud and happy to say I found 2 nickels, a dime and a penny! Why am I so excited, I'll explain in a little bit!
Chug did great, he found
and this awesome space fox!
complete with the back still attached! I love the colors, so vibrant and still shiny!
Chug found a total of $1.56 in clad, his oldest coins were 2 quarters from 1965! I managed to do good with a ring for the day, it's junk.....but oh so cool!
SHOW ME THE MONEY!!!
Its been awhile since I've found a ring!
I can't wait to see what we find tomorrow, as long as we can get out! I need to practice more with my new baby
!
Oh, and guess what? Chug bought me a new toy! I love my ace250, but I felt like I was missing targets at times, I wear trifocals, and I use a cane cause of balance issues, yesterday I got a huge surprise from Chug and fed ex! I got him put together, and did some practicing. In our little yard, I scored 5 pennies, and this beauty!
my son took the pics of me, it's funny, we've detected our yard multiple times, and I'm still surprised by what keeps popping up! We've lived here for 14 years, and I find a 1940 nickel!
Chug's machines name is Give it up, my new baby is named "Show me the money," bet you can't guess why!
Oh. and my new baby, an ace 400, omg I love it! It's heavier than my ace 250, but I really like having the numbers and the scale, and the DD coil, and the multiple tones, I'll keep you posted on my progress, I know Chug is happy, he's looking forward to contests, like oldest coin for the day, BTW, my new baby is named" Show me the money!", hmmm....Give it up.....and Show me the money!........
Get it?! Time to rest, I need to ice my arm and medicate, take care you all, and stay safe, hang in there and keep sharing your stories and pictures!
