Hey Bass i love the color of that davids igloo and relicdude nice score on that pitkin ink well. Heres a couple of mine,A nice igloo also,but i dont see any embossing on front,but there is some markings on base that im not really sure what it is.And one of my favorites COLBALT BLUE ink well

Though it's broken it's still a favorite. I believe it's attributed to the Coventry glass works.

Like that little igloo ink dinger. Not sure who made it but if you study that bottom long enough you'll probably figure it out. Google igloo inks and that may help narrow it down. Cobalt blue is always a good find. Many people collect cobalt glass.

Hey bass ill try to google search later on igloo.Let me throw this one in,not sure what to make of it .My daughter bought an old house,you could see where an old building once stood,so i start md ing,got nice signal start digging out pops this little bottle and below that this beauty. OLD MORRISET GOLD IRIDIUM TIP PEN. So i think this is the ink well,but it doesnt look that old. Never seen one like this.but i do like GOLD.ding

For the most part, gold tips were introduced by the companies in the early 20th century as a tool to make the pens more collectible and luxurious. This is when the old pens were being replaced by the newer ones and sells were probably falling. Thats a nice little find and not something you see everyday. The jar has a threaded closure so it could very well be an ink jar for that pen.

Figured I need to participate if y'all will have me. Here's a 7.25" Harrison's in Prussian blue. A little tougher to come by than the cobalts.

Indeed you may participate. You shouldn't keep skeletons like that in closet, let them out! The harrison's ink is considered to be among the best according to many ink collectors. May i ask what capacity is your's.

Never really checked, but from what I've seen, most Harrison inks are just listed by their height, so I was just following the crowd.

Well here are my 2 favorites , The cobalt cone came out of the ground this year,but my favorite is the open pontil found a couple of years ago in a town that as founded in 1891 , Imagine my surprise good post Bass !
