Showbiz Pizza Token

A little one hour hunt in my back yard produced 41 cents in clad, a little gem in form of a Showbiz Pizza gaming token and 14 nails.... I had a few birthday parties at this place when I was a youngster in the 80's, which makes this find kind of special for me!

I think that they turned into Chuck E Cheese. I found a few of the Chuck E Cheese tokens, but couldn't remember what they were called before then.

We had a Showbiz here in CR., IA. Loved the place when I was a kid. Yeah, it's Chuck E. Cheese now...but I still go there and play the games now and then with my nephews and niece. The cool thing about Chuck E. Cheese tokens is they have a year on them...not that that is great or anything, but I don't think Showbiz tokens did? Nice find!
