Siam Sterling silver ring. Please help

My girlfriend found this ring and she would like to know more about it.

I can read Siam silver on the inside and also the R with the circle around it and those 2 markings. Also, the band over laps it's not a continuous circle.

Value is little and going to be based on the silver content only, they are not rare... I brought home and gave several away in the 60s when station in Okinawa... A lot of shops sold them
