Sign, and then new sign

Today i was walking, ant stumble upon this big rock , and then i saw something on it. It look like a cross on triangle, or something, and decided to look arround, and near i found another sign. can someone say something about this.. and maybe its helpfull to say this land was in turk hand 500 yrs ago...
