Signature help

I picked this up today for $3, so no risk really. It appears to be either pencil or charcoal. Visible portion measures 14.5" X 20". I can't quite get the signature.

The image appears to be the Santa Maria della Salute church in Venice on the grand canal.

It's in a custom chrome frame. I'm guessing it was a mid to late 70's tourist piece.
