Silkscreen?

I picked this up today. Over all size is 25" x 20.5". It's on linen, and I can't quite make out the artist's name, or at least I can't find anything online for him. It was only a buck, so I took a chance. Should have bought a scratch off instead I guess.

He finally accepted my PM, but I still haven't heard back from him. I still haven't found anything sold online either, other than a ton of sites selling his prints.
