Cool finds! I found an old Chinese ring very similar to yours with that neon green enamel or whatever they used

On mine that green stuff is sand accumulated from being in the salt water for so long. I took that stuff out and now I just need to put in on some foil with baking soda, salt and hot water to bring the shine back. HH
