Got out this AM with the Equinox 600 (Park2, 21 sensitivity, multi-freq, 5-tones).
Tried the area where I dug the old coins on Sunday, but just square nails today.
Crossed the road to hunt a strip where cars are parked for sporting events.
Got enough clad to pay for my gas out and back and ran into William Henry Harrison.

A little further along I hit a target id low to mid 20s but with a little depth.
A shiny token (not silver) was in the hole. Not certain of the vintage but it is the first one like it for me.

Reads "This token has no cash or trade value" around the star and "Skill Award" on the side with the "W".
Looks like Numista calls the letter on this token an "M". Won't be the last time I get something upside-down.

On the return walk to the truck I jumped back to the field edge that parallels the parking strip but is about 30-40 ft off the road. Got a nice high-tone up near 30 and saw what looked like a pull tab but it was this earring bent over on itself.
It looked like silver to me but in the field I could not locate a purity mark.
I bent it back to shape and found the mark more or less in the fold of the bend.
It reads "STERLING".
Nice to get a little silver today.
Rains came once home which sort of put the quash on my hopes to mow so I switched to splitting wood for our winter heating. That you can do in the rain.
Happy hunting and thanks for checking out the finds.
