✅ SOLVED Silver bottle opener?

Found this item in a pounded park. It rang in the brass/zinc range on my T2. It was in an area that I was digging some turn of the century IHs. Looks like it might be some kind of opener. It almost has a silver tone when I drop it on the table. Any help would be appreciated.

I really don't think its a paint can opener. The end is blunt and not sharp for sticking under a paint can lid.
