After a week of snipe-ing coin-op vacuums at service stations, I picked up my detector once again and hit Hampton Beach, NH before the rains of today came. After about 20 minutes on the dry sand, I received a solid silver reading on my Whites Coin Master I.D. I thought it was a copper penny but was surprised to find the ring instead. I am digging more signals (good or bad) with my new long handled scoop. I am really enjoying beach hunting more since I purchased it. If you are hunting beaches, you need the long handled scoop.
