Silver dime rosie guess what year pic.

Well I went through 200.00 in cwr dimes.I came across this one and the edge and face is very dirty.I couldn't tell what year it was so I did the ping test and its silver.Anyone want to guess what year it is?I will update and declare a winner once I find out.I will post a pic also oafter the coin is cleaned .
