Silver Dollar lot is KILLING me !!!

But i am going to die happy. Had a couple of hours today before supper, so decided to hit the lot. Still only using the pin pointer after digging a random hole.

Another day where Kennedy halves were pretty plentiful. Also found a couple of SBA dollars. One of my eyeball finds was this large glass jar lid. It measures 4" across. I could just picture it going to a jar full of money when the house was torn down. I am slam wore out.

But you know I am going back as long as they don't start building on the lot. There are plenty more where they came from. Wish you could be here to share in the excitement. Till next time. Happy Hunting !!!

That's hilarious what if you find a bigger lid and more halves, If it were me I would be wondering how much was in it is there gold or worse how many containers of coins were there. That does sound exciting wish you could have found it intact Nice find!!!!!

They were hidden in the house before it was torn down. The demolition scattered them all over the lot. Perfect storm of detecting. Once in a lifetime for me.

It has kept me busy since Oct23. Got a toe infection while detecting it and due to diabetes had to have it amputated. Just got back to detecting about a week ago. It has been an exciting adventure. I am the only one detecting this lot, so have to get all I can while it is available.
