I took a drive out to some foundation sites, I noticed that someone cut some of the hay fields that bordered one of the properties. I think I would have done better if I had something other then my shooter coil, It was reading targets 7 - 8 inches down though. The merc was in with one of the wheats and gave off a nice loud signal. The eagles head is almost the same as A pomel sword eagle
I dug ealier in the summer, but this one is lead. the NY tag im guessing is from the forest service.
also found a set of keys with this small crotal bell and the round pen light attached. The other disc has writing on it, it talks about mixing colors so im guessing its paint related. found many old watch parts also. maybe this week there will be some older silver in there, was kinda surprised there were no coins dating back to the age of the cellar holes nearby.
