Hit the old farmhouse again today I had an hour to spare. Imagine a great hit
on the xlt.
I dig 6" and see the flash of silver, The excitement grows as I see
that its about quarter size, then I see the stars..(yes Barber quarter).
I
get it out of the hole rub the dirt off and wa wa wa this is what I got....

Any idea's on the age I would love to know I have not found any info yet..

Post, Wiley, 1899?1935, American aviator, b. Grand Plain, Tex. He won fame in 1931 when he and Harold Gatty flew around the northern part of the earth in 8 days 15 hr 51 min. In 1933 he made a second flight alone. Post was killed with Will Rogers in an airplane crash near Point Barrow, Alaska in 1935.

Maybe not a Barber..but still a neat find!!

;)

Thanks for the input Gypsy. I would love to know how old the token is.

Cool find nonetheless. WTG

I have seen nothing like it before, so the rarity should be worth something and if not, its still cool.
