Silver/Metal Hallmark?

I purchased this item today based off of the marks in the pictures, I doubt it's silver based off of the patina it has but I'm not sure. It only costed $.50, so no real loss if it isn't. The marks appear to be a spitting wolf or badger?, a c or a crescent moon?, and what appears to be a phoenix or eagle. Does anyone have in guesses to their origin?

Since posting earlier, I've identified the piece as being silver plated and produced by Crescent Silverware MFG. It's to bad it wasn't silver lol
