Metal Detecting
I haven't had a lot of opportunity to metal detect since I moved to Denver. Today was a beautiful, mild day, however, and I found a broken silver necklace, and two sterling silver pendants. I also found my first wheat penny yesterday! IMG-0458.webp

Glad you were able to get out and dig a bit. Nice finds. Congrats!

Great stuff R&B ! Welcome to Colorado - I would choose a smaller town myself , but hope you love Denver !

Very nice hunt.Congratulations :icon_thumright:

I DO love Denver. I am actually in Lakewood. The job brought me here...the soil is so different from Texas. I am enjoying scouting out new areas to detect...

Thanks! I won't have too many more mild days like this one...

Always nice to get some silver =P

They are some nice jewelry finds. The pendant with the star looks like The Star of David.

Nice finds!! Good luck to you in Denver, especially with the traffic. I sure love the old architecture and would love to hunt some of those houses! The weather sure has been good for detecting!!!!

Congrats on the fine hunt! :occasion14:

Congrats on your first Denver hunt ,three silvers is a great hunt in my book.

Sweet Finds. I am your neighbor to the south and we just had our Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta end out here in October and they finally opened the park back up to let people in so hopefully I also add to my jewelry collection

Based on those results, you gotta get out more often- nice finds!

It is indeed the Star of David. But I have NO idea what the other pendant is. They were on the same necklace...

Oh wow, I have always wanted to go to that festival. Perhaps next year. Keep me posted on your finds, and HH!
