Silver or gold?

I found this Sunday in the sand volleyball court at a neighborhood park. It has the word silver and 14k and the letters PMC. I am thinking it is gold plated silver, if that's possible? Rings right at nickel/pulltab on the Ace 250.

Another highlight of the day was my 5th dollar coin of the year at the school lots next door to the park. That makes 2 Sacs and 3 Presidentials coins. Are these worth hanging onto or should I just turn them in at the bank with my other clad?
