Got to the beach and the waves were maybe 2 ft on lake michigan....and the water is cool. Found various clad and 1 silver. not sure what the hallmarks mean...but a ring is a ring. When i was there for a bit a guy came up and asked me if I saw his gold teeth he lost....lol...yep...it was the top..cause they were surely missing. he said 18k gold. he was looking on the shore to see if they had washed up....i let him know it may not happen with that heavy of an item. Well...anyways..he sure had pretty bottom teeth..solid gold across the bottom. i never found his teeth...but will return to give it a try. Told him Id turn them into the lifeguards

Re: silver ring in high waves

Awesome find. :headbang: The first mark is the Material, the 2nd is the Makers mark the 3rd is the year made. This is the general order of Hallmarks, I can't tell what your marks are, not clear enough. :icon_scratch:

Keep @ it and HH !! ;D :D

Congrats, and if you find the teeth you have to post a picture for us here. That would be a very unusual find ;D
