The only reference to LBD on jewelry that I can find is a fashion line of “Little Black Dress” rings - but they look quite different and have different stamps.
This ring has a large blue stone (aquamarine or topaz?) and two smaller purple stones (amethyst or tanzanite?), and is stamped LBD
