I am going to say yes, and I am pretty certain the monogram inside marks it as a simons brothers thimble.Silver thimbles - Thimble identification - Sites - Google

Sure looks like its silver. On the inside tip there seems to be a silver hallmark of some sort.

Looks better then any thimble I've ever found, none of mine were silver. Lol

I looked at it for 1.5 seconds, made my mind up, did not even look at the mark closely.

Have found many thimbles myself, but never a complete Silver one.
