I doubt that they would be of any quality and for sure they would only be plated. If this is the case they should have an EPNS mark on them. (electroplated nickel silver) If they haven't at least got that, don't bother.
If they're marked sterling buy them all before someone else does. If not and there are no hallmarks you can look up to determine that they are solid silver then I'd say walk away. Silverplate only has value as a collectible. Sterling & other forms of solid silver are worth quite a bit as scrap and going up every day lately. Over 22 bucks an ounce last time I bothered to check.
I had bought a spoon marked "sterling" at a flea market for a dollar. Took it to a buyer and he gave me $8 for it. If those are sterling, buy them all.
