Silver Whatchamacallit- look familiar?

Great day detecting. Quite a few nice finds, but this’s oddity takes the cake. Silver. Hand engraved. Random and variously sized windows in the silver give way to see the glass bulb inside. The bottom has several bent “petals” in between which show the glass and a hole to the inside of the “bulb”. No writing, letters or makers marks. Lamp top? Pull knob?

I'm thinking its a silver overlaid perfume bottle. Iook like some kid stuck a firecracker in the opening.

If that inside glass is solid, then I would say it's a pull knob, elegant finial or a really fancy decanter stopper?. So I don't know for sure, plus it does look like maybe a broken threaded shaft is inserted into it. I will say the silver looks pure and hand engraved and is most likely sterling.
