Hello All. Don't have any new sites lined up so I went to a park I have hunted hard 10X or more. I know others have been hunting it also. After digging (15) or so pieces'o-clad I decided to check yet again an area where I have found several old wheaties, relics, and one 1893 IH.

How could I have missed these two coins? I guess it's true, no site is ever really hunted out...or maybe I am getting better at MD'in?? I am thinking that the fomer is probably true.

Also how can one coin (V Nick) be totally toasted and 20-FT away I find my best ever preserved IH?? They are only 9-YRs apart in age.

Anyway I am happy with today's finds and will have to double-combined re-check some other areas at my favorite park.

Thanks for the view and LMK what you think. HHTA. C9

BTW I used head phones for the 1st time at this site...could it be that simple??

Headphones make a massive difference. IMO

Good hunt, bud!

Great finds, great indian.. the soil is always shifting, moisture content, battery levels and I am finding even temp plays a role.
