Site location advice...

So I found a bottle dump today that goes down a steep cliff into a ravine. Mostly what I found appears to be 80s and 90s which is weird. I found a few thicker brokes that looked old. My question is should I dig here or look elsewhere? Is it likely that it is layered with newer stuff on top and old on the bottom? Or more likely that it is just a modern dump site?

Could be anything. Pick a few places and dig test holes to see what you come up with. If this is just a dump site off of a public road I wouldn't waste my time with it
