skull an pack saddles

I was just talking to one of my sons about deer hunting in the Grants area, he asked if I remembered about him and his brother finding the old pack saddles and skull with a bullet hole in it?
I had forget all about it, cause it was so long ago. in the mid 60's.

it was to the north an east of grants was all we could rembember.
I was not into treasure back then.

left them there and no i did not report it there was no reason to beleive it was homicide it could have been suicide
