I have a lot of these stories, and many even claim the bones have been taken to xxx museum, university, etc, but there has never been a photo, and none are around today. It seems dubious if any ever existed and may have been publicity stunts.

Seems to me anything that Questions the Archies Idea of the Historical Record of man,
Disappears till Discovery Channel gets it, where it gets Laughed at
like the weekly world news does.
 

You might have that right Jeff. I really don't think people laugh at the news reports.......they just don't know how all news media twists news, exaggerate circumstances, and omits certain details.
 

I believe it's called sensationalism.

Those old rags are notorious for printing more crap than fact.

Certainly the Minnesota Historical Society has record of their "careful examination"....somewhere.
