Firstly, I'd like to share my joy of finding my first skunk penny box - not a single wheat even though it was around 30% copper.

Secondly, I'd like to know where you folks find bags of coins. In my short experience CRHing, all I've ever seen are rolls and boxes. I'm guessing that most of the armored car services work with bags, but why would a bank ever order a bag or have one on hand?

I have a bank here in town that doesn't buy rolls unless they have to. They take and re-roll all of their own coins. They put them into bags first, which is good, because they would rather sell you a bag of coins than have to re-roll all those coins.

Bobr is right. Most banks in my area also don't take rolled coin. Too many cheaters I guess. I would suggest calling around to all of your area banks to find out which banks have coin counting machines. For the ones that do, ask them if they are allowed to sell the bags off of the machine once they are full. That would be the easiest way. The other way would be to get in good with a bank and ask them to order a bag for you. Most banks won't order bags of coins for themselves, unless as bobr mentioned, they have a coin rolling machine. Good luck.
