Slow start

Box (of halves for the year) #1 only had one keeper; but it was an '86 proof Statue of Liberty/Immigrant commemorative half. That's the fourth one I've picked up now. Maybe I'll work on completing a roll.

Box # 2 was a skunk.

Thanks guys. That makes four of those SOL/Immigrant comms and a 1995 Centennial Olympic (Basketball) comm half dollar I've been able to find.

The slow start continues, though, as box of halves #s 3 & 4 for the new year were also skunks. That three of the first four this year and four skunks in the last five....dating back to my last box of '07.

The roller coaster has to head back up soon........right ?

Kudos on the commemorative Thurm. I am still looking for my first one like that.

Hang in there buddy.....you know that rollercoaster will soon soar upward. I know you...you will be hanging on for the ride.....ha!
