Welcome to T-Net. Just to let you know, this post more belongs in the "What is it?" section than the "Help" section. "Help" is more for problems with the website itself. To answer our question, they look like that are some kind of cast metal, judging by the seams. They probably aren't silver, but they could be silver plate. Are there any other marks, or just the numbers?
