small vase ID please ?

Any info on this vase, maker? date? value? would be appreciated. It stands 3 3/4" high and marked Mchevalier cannes or MTchevalier there is a lump of glaze on that spot.
There is an insized signature under the glaze. i think the same mtchevalier cannes, I can barely make it out. The image on the face is the same on both sides.
