Well, here's my latest finds
It's been alittle bit dry this past two weeks but this is what I came up with. Notice the TINY brass buckle
That sucker could ALMOST fit in the middle of a nickel. Of course, found the USUAL civil war upset: a button BACK
Probably would've been a good one too as it had a nice period HORSTMANN backmark. There's the token? with the stars on it which I haven't figured out yet
Late 1800s bottle "THE BURCKARD Blacking & Oil Co. Baltimore, MD U.S.A." Also, Got a 1926 Buffalo in the mix there too but I got to say the most intriguing find, to me anyway, was the lead pineapple/pinecone/acorn looking piece in the middle. It is 'dimpled' and could end up being something pretty cool. Hopefully I'll go back this weekend and finding the front to that button this weekend
