Snake eyes?

I was givin these from my mom last year she called them Snake eyes .
Can anyone tell me when they were made and what they might be worth?

look like benningtons..made up until the 20s...people like em and you might get 2$ each for em....the eyes are from where they touch together during the glazing...

they were made from 1880s to the 20s...never heard em called that,,,but theres regional names that are different...

Never called Snake yes
There are, as Duffy knows, Cat eyes and Tiger eyes. I DO KNOW that the dots on benningtons are called EYES and maybe the person added snake without realizing it ...or he plays to much dice :P
