Sniper coil for the AT pro worth it?

Im new to detecting and am strongly considering getting a At pro and wanted to know if it is worth it for me as a novice to also get the sniper coil? I am mostly going to be relic hunting in wooded area's, thanks for any input.

I'd say not really in wooded areas......If you come across on old foundation of a home with lot's of old iron trash you might then to get in those bad spots.....The coil on the AT PRO would still serve you well without the sniper......Good luck....

If you hunting in woods and its not really trashy I would say no. Stick with the stock coil. Its a great coil except in heavy trash.
