So apparently my story was voted Minelab's Find of the Month....

I submitted a "success story" to Minelab's website about a month ago, and found out today when I checked back that it was voted the "Find of the Month" for February 2015. The thing is, I never received any notification about it....anybody know how I go about claiming my voucher for winning the contest?

I read your find of the month story and all I can say is nice old coins .
When you sent your story in you gave them your email and phone number. I'd check your spam email
or wait a little longer for them to contact you. When you log in there are 2 places on top that say contact us. You might give that a try. RD

Thanks Rodger - checked my spam, trash, and Inbox all again and got nothing unfortunately. I did send an email to their "customer products" address though, although that strikes me as more of an "if you have questions about a product..." contact. The only other contact email addresses I could find involved the service department. I'd think there would be one related to the website though, so I dunno if that email will actually get to anyone in-the-know or not.

I'm going to give them a call on Monday, but that lower email address there is the one I sent the message to. We'll see what happens! I assumed I ended up not winning since I never heard anything, but I logged in to check just for the heck of it today. It's been posted apparently for like 3 weeks now so hopefully I can claim it before it expires or something...just so happens the voucher is for almost the exact price of the pinpointer and lower shaft assembly I'd intended on getting this year anyway!
