Welcome to Treasure Net! I am not very knowledgeable of the Gold Escudos but I am sure that some folks that know these coins will be along soon and post their opinion on the coin.

What is the weight?
My feeling is that you have a fantasy jewelry piece based on a Potosi mint assayer vr (Pedro de Villar) 1688 silver 2 reale.

This is a Potosi assayer VR 2 reales from 1696.
Note the similarities.

Ok...

Well I hate to be the bearer of bad news...

What you have here is a reproduction.

The dead give away on this is... and always will be... an immediate I.D. as reproduction... VIA one simple observation.

The "loop".

No one in their right mind would "attach" a loop to a coin such as this.

IF... repeat IF... this coin... in the remote possibility IS a real coin.

The value of the coin would have been GREATLY diminished by the addition of any type of jewelry hook / loop / etc.

And this applies to ALL coins.

Coins are almost always "set" IN a "bezel"... as to not effect OR destroy the coin itself.

SO...

To all those reading this...

IF you see a coin that has this loop... 99.99999999 % of the time... tis fake.
