So maybe the worlds smallest cup lol I swear I find the weirdest stuff detecting second guess would be something to put candle out but design looks to be right side up sitting as is its about a half inch tall

Aye, I see. Perhaps too small for a snuffer and may in fact be the remains of early toy doll vessel? Does the top sit flat maybe?
