Hey guys, been a while since I've been on here but wow! What a fun permission! Took advantage of this amazing February weather and got out today way north for a bit of permission seeking. Didn't get on this spot til 10 and worked it as hard as I could until 1230 cherry picking basically. 1st target was the 1882 indian so I was pumped for sure! Ended up getting a nickel trifecta - war, buff, V- (1st time ever). 2 roosies, 2 indians, 11 wheats (39 fty) and my oldest American silver coin the 1857 seated dime!!! (7 silver fty)😎 that sucker was deep and when it finally revealed itself I saw the older style "one dime" on the back so I knew I had something great. You could imagine my excitement when I saw that coin purse in the hole, there was 1 wheat in the hole with it 😕. Also got some play coins all in 1 spill and the hook looking thing that I can use a little help identifying. Man all in all, this was just what I needed, a nice 1850s permission that I was able to grid nice and come up with some good targets! I kinda wanna kick my feet up and say "ahhhh" lol it was a blast! Thanks for looking and hh!
