software for mapping and pictures

I had Paintshop Pro XI that I was using for map overlays and picture sizing. But when the computer crashed I lost all my programs. I tried to reinstall PSP but had lost the serial #. I finally found the # but then the CD cracked.
Now I am faced with getting a new program.
I am just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for something better.
I am not up to date with all the new software out there. My reason for asking.

I use Photoshop, but it's cumbersome and expensive.

I'd like to get a good photo enhancement software, but haven't been able to find any.

Just go download a copy since you have your serial #.


If this link isn't the right one, go find one that is. Or go download a torrent of it. Or call them and say you uninstalled it and then found out your CD was broken and ask them to send you a new copy.
