Software resale question

I bought an office mac 2008 Home and Student edition in box it has 3 product keys and notations next to the keys regarding name of person whose computer it was loaded onto. Is it ok to resell on Ebay?

often a piece of hardware is sold with the software to be in line with Ebay selling requirements. Another thing is to sell the book for the software and the software comes with it.
