ahhhhh the hidden stuff that the greenies don't want the public to know about. If the general public knew the truth they would be in an uproar.

A few years ago there were a couple entities working on fully submersed hydro electic power plants. Not needing a dam or alter flow or a river, there were simply "in line" type devices that could be anchored to the bottom or to the bank. Seemed lie a hell if an idea to me, but I've heard nothing about them since I left WV about 8 years ago.
