Some different finds in the ever-producing soccer fields

Hit the soccer field complex again tonight and found the following: 1 quarter, 4 dimes, 5 nickels, 11 pennies, gold ear ring, LC88 rifle shell (Nato round-Lake City Army Ammo Plant, Independence Missouri 1988), 1/20 SILVER FILLED KREW G-I Army expert marksman badge-Vietnam era?, and what I initially thought was a ring but am not quite sure what it is?
