Hmmm I know a group of people who is willing to pay to "use" the state parks.
Nope lets just ban activities and shut them down. How does this make sense to anyone?

Wisconsin charges to enter so I imagine Illinois heard about that and they will be next. If they just close the parks then it will probably be open season for hunters.
