Found stuff today from the 20s through the 40s. The "coin" is a 1/10 Missouri tax token. They are from the 30s or 40s and made of zinc. I was lucky I was able to see anything on it! The DEERS compact is from the 20s. The bullet is the strangest I've found. Flat on both ends and it looks like the rifling is imprinted on the top. It's a .40 caliber. Could be a wadcutter. Maybe someone can help on that one. Thanks for lookin! 20180322_145201.webpScreenshot_20180322-145241.webp20180322_145127.webp

At least yuo were able to get out and hunt, snow day here.

Beats my 3 pennies, a dime and a good bent fishing hook I scored today!

Nice finds, congratulations! :occasion14:

Nice "JUNK"!! I've been in for three days doing research avoiding the rain & cold here. 60's actually had long sweats and flannel shirt with t-shirt. I usually only wear baggies! Supposed to be back to 80's in the morning. I should of gone out, but way hot on the trail of Russian Gold this summer.

Congrats on some nice finds!

I lived in Tampa for 4 1/2 years, i know what you're talkin about there. I hunt most comfortable in the mid 30s here. The research is JUST about as much fun as the actual hunt, to me. SICK, eh? So.......tell me more of this Russian gold!! :-D

Horseshoes, pocket watch pieces, harmonica reeds. Just an awesome spot. The woods are about to shut me out for the season, then it will be on to door knocking!
