This is something my Brother is trying to I.D. right now all I have is this pic. Trying to get him to send me more angles and also patent#'s if any or company names.Just wanted to put it up and give you all some time to look, you might know without any more info but if not I am trying to get more info for you all.

I like it what ever it is. Looks like it was designed for high production of something. I'll go with a wall plaster mixer on a wild guess.

Cider Mills look like that, except the bucket is underneath. That's a really nice tool whatever it's used for. The new mills cost around 1500 $.
Ask your brother if it has a place for a hopper.

I think it may be a version of the Starrett food chopper. Here is one version that looks like yours. Do a search for them and you will find many more.

Mine too. Swiss. I've cut a bunch of cabbage with a "mandolin" to make kraut. I would have loved to try your kraut cutter. (Don't have to worry about your fingers with yours!)
