Some kind of tool? Natural rock? Or fossilized baby mitten?

kidding about the baby mitten of course. another stone found same location as my query from yesterday. it "struck" me as slightly unusual given the rocks normally found around here (western ny/ niagara river area). pretty much flat and smooth on the "bottom" and looks like it has some wear on the "tip." this thing fits almost perfectly in my hand with a spot for every finger and thumb except the pinky, and sort of reminded me almost of a handheld wood planer if that makes any sense. it may be just a coincidental rock but im still learning so any and all opinions welcome!
