Some Nice Finds This Week

I found another old school site that is no longer a school but is now has a home on it. I went last week to see if I could get permission and find anything old. The property is pretty large and I stayed around the front of the place and found a few wheaties and right at dark I found a Merc, so I knew there might be some coins there. I went back Monday after work and went to the farthest back corner of the lot that looks like a good spot to have played years ago. Well it worked out well as I started digging wheaties and then some silver. I had pulled 14 Wheats in 8 silver in about two hours so I think I found the right spot. I went back last night and worked more of the area I had left off and pulled 3 more silver, a 36 Merc and a 39 & 50 Washington along with 3 Buffalos and a nice dropped .58 Minie Ball. There is still a lot of property left to do and I am welcome back any time to look around. I hope the rest of the place is as productive.

Thanks CoilyGirl! I find myself using Two Tone Ferrous more often than not and it really does a great job getting down to those deep coins. There is nothing like that high tone of silver though when running in multi-tone conductive. I will switch over when I think I have silver just to here the Etrac sing that sweet sound ;-)
